Culture Practice Review

Examine what your leadership makes visible, then choose a focus area to develop.

A practical tool for your own leadership development. See six transparent area scores, choose a focus, and build a 30-day plan covering the whole area, not a personality label or a judgment about an employee.

Observe. Reflect. Practice.

Think about your own actions in one team or area of responsibility over the last 30 days. Respond to 18 prompts across six editorial practice areas. Review six self-reported scores, then select an area for a 30-day plan that covers all three of its practices.

Use “not enough evidence” when an example is missing or there was no opportunity. Do not guess, rate an employee, or treat a response as proof of competence or character.

No email is required. Answers and notes stay in this tab’s memory and are lost on refresh or navigation. They are not sent to a CRM or an AI service. Do not enter identifying or sensitive workplace information.

Purpose and limits

An unvalidated self-reflection and planning tool, not a personality test, psychological diagnosis, culture audit, or measure of leadership effectiveness. Do not use it for hiring, promotion, compensation, discipline, or ranking people.

This original AI-assisted prototype uses editorial organizing categories and transparent routing rules. It has not been psychometrically validated. No outside certification, third-party assessment license, or measured business result is claimed. Specialist feedback can inform later versions; it is not a prerequisite for using this as a practical reflection worksheet.
